I saw these type plates at Party City, and they are heavy Weight Plastic plates that are white with a little metallic trim around them. They look really great, however they are not cheap! They were $10 for a pack of ten.
They do not have these style plates at Sams. They have the hard plastic clear plates, which are nice and not as expensive.
However, check with a local event rental place. I am in New Orleans at I can rent dishes for $0.35 a plate. They drop them off clean and pick them up dirty and you don't even have to lift a finger. I was surprised how much it was going to be not that much more to rent than have plastic plates.
