Pick a Prom Dress for me!?
I'm deciding between two prom dresses right now. One dress is a cream/ivory colour, above knee, and sweetheart neckline, with a skirt that flares out, because it has a tulle underneath. So kind of like, a ballerina-ish dress.
The other dress is floor length, and drags a little bit on the floor. It's v-neck with thin straps, with little rhinestones scattered all over the dress, but they are not noticable unless you are standing really close to me.
The cream dress is a little more flirty, more suitable for my age, I guess, and it's more fun. However, I found out a lot of girls are going to be wearing cream or white to prom this year, whereas only a couple are wearing black.
The black dress will be really elegant and oscar-ish..especially because I will put my hair up, but I don't know if it'll make me look too old? I never wear black, so for me to wear so much black to prom, it's really like ..different.
Please help me decide!
Well it all depends on how much the black dress drags on the floor because you don't want anyone stepping or tripping on your gown. But overall the dress sound really elegant and beautiful and it is my top choice.
If you do go with the ivory colored ballerina dress then consider getting some really cute shoess and accessories that most people wont be wearing.
Anyway, my top choice is the black floor-length dress with the embellished rhinstones becuase it is so beautiful sounding and it will make you stand out from the crowd and will make you feel divine. For the black dress you could fashion some really sophisticated and elegant jewelry with your hair done beautifully and put up. It is always good to try new things, so even though you almost never wear black you could look absolutely stunning in this dress.
