The Complex Path to a Harder Body
Get out of a rut and freeing yourself from boredom may require something different, like complexes.With complexes you perform a sequence of exercises as part of a set rather than repeating the same exercise. Complexes are how to lose weight fast.
It's important not to confuse this with circuit training because complexes are much different. Complexes are great way to work a large number of muscles quickly, taking your workout today higher level of intensity.
