Im 14 and my boyfriend is 15 and we've been dating for nearly 9 months. He pretty much already has everything he wants. So its pretty hard to figure out what he would like or if he dont already have it.

I like the idea of a custom made pillow case, but I think a pillow case with your photo on it could be taken as suggestive. (Sorry if I come off as a prude, but his parents might think the same thing.)
Why not customize the pillow with his name or initials, or with something that represents his interests? For instance, put on the pillow a basketball if he likes sports, or a camera if he like photography, or a deer if he likes nature or hunting.
