I haven't played that game in a long time, and I am doing this from memory, so I'm sorry if I get something wrong...but it should be in the general area that I tell you.
You have 3 types of vendors on the magic community lots. You have the Fairy woman...cannot remember her name...Todd, and Vikki the Vampress.
The Fairy vendor has Diamond Dust, Sands of Time, Pixie Dust.
Todd the vendor has Toadstools, Magic Beans
Vikki the Vampress has Wizard Eyelashes
I think that the Fairy vendor has glacial glass and I think that the Vampress may have the pegasus feather...if they do not, then you will have to embark upon requests for the vendors (same for clown confetti).
You ask the vendors for a job or something to do, or to help them or something like that. I can't remember the exact wording on the menu. It will be various things like removing sleeping clouds, delivering ingredients to another sim, things like that. After you do the task, you talk to them again, and they will give you something for doing the task for them. I know you get clown confetti that way...cannot remember if that's the way you get pegasus feather and glacial glass. If the vendors aren't selling it, then that's how you get it.
